Heather went the extra mile for us more than once, whether it was coordinating things behind the scenes, helping facilitate necessary inspections, catching details we otherwise would’ve missed, or checking in to make sure we felt good about the process. Her background as a teacher really showed, too. She took the time to explain everything in a way my wife and I could understand, and she made what felt overwhelming at first so much easier to navigate. Heather is AWESOME! She is very professional, friendly and responsive agent. We were new to the area and first time home buyers so we didn't have any clue about this whole process. As a first-time home buyer, I could never imagine going through this process without Heather. I knew absolutely nothing about buying a home, ok, maybe the random basics, but not enough that I felt confident. In today's market, it's really scary to make your first purchase, but Heather made sure I understood and was comfortable with every step of the process. She is kind and genuine, so I always felt she had my best interest at heart. Heather understood that it was the largest purchase I had ever made and she made me feel 100% comfortable. I trust her wholeheartedly. It wasn't about a sale, she just wanted us to find the perfect place for our family to call home. She was always available, punctual, and supportive. There is absolutely no drama when dealing with Heather. Honestly, it's almost zen. One minute we were looking at houses, and the next we were closing. I had heard so many horror stories and tales about how crazy the process is, but I can't confirm any of that. I've had a harder time renting apartments in NYC. I would recommend her to anyone- especially first-time homeowners. Her demeanor is warm and assuring and you can count on her being there for you, every step of the way. In the event I buy again, there is no question who my agent will be.
